2. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities (India): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
  • Other Locations (India): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on the courier partner and pin code serviceability.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure timely deliveries across India.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services globally in the near future.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Slaintevie is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
